Apple in Sydney - Australia 2005
Even though tourists flock to Australia in December, I like to visit the country in March, April when the weather is much cooler. However, December of 2005 was an exception. From the time I landed in Sydney I experienced bad weather. It was a very unusual pattern of weather for that time of the year.
Yet, nothing could dampen my spirits to venture out and doing my favourite hobby, photograph :o) I drove along the South Coast of the New South Wales, which is famous for its beautiful beaches. The major tourist attractions in the south of NSW is the Buddhist Temple & Hindu temples in Wollongong and the Blow Hole in Kiama.
I also made a trip to the North of NSW, to the Blue Mountains and to the Jenolan Caves. There are a series of caverns in Jenolan caves, but i took the shorter one which lasted for a good 2 hours.
Of course, no trip to Australia is complete without a visit to the Opera House and the Sydney Harbour Bridge. I was no exception to that rule!
